Let me start with the ambiance, is nice, nothing more than that. The service was horrible the waitresses were watching a TV show they weren't really interested in giving service. The fourth I went there especially for the raviolis and tiramisu but they were out of both of them. The food was tasteless nothing special I rather eating at maggianos or Olive Garden the price is the same and the service is much better the food is better. Did I mention The cheese in the shells was bad. I feel robed as they automatically charged us %20 tip. Never coming again. So disappointed.

Really good Italian food , ended up here by a groupoun deal and I'm amazed !!! Great service and the dishes could definitely cost 2x of the original price if they wanted . My hubby had the seafood pasta and I have never seen that much seafood in one dish in any restaurant plate cost 18,00 could easily cost 38,00. I had the Isabella's chicken and it was amazing as well lots of spinach and mushrooms ! Definitely coming back .

The best Italian food I have had . I have tried many dishes here and all were fantastic. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was the best pasta. The staff were welcoming & accommodating. Every one that we came in contact with were friendly & helpful. Thank you Francisco Exquisite food at an unbelievable prices- will definitely recommend!

I was disappointed. I thought the food was bland and there were very small portions. The waitress was not the best. She tap me on the shoulder so she could fill my water instead of saying excuse me or asking me if I'd even wanted more water. She did the same thing to my friend. I will not be back

Finally, an Italian restaurant with Nonna quality food at reasonable prices including the wine and beer. They don't have a full liquor license but with such great wine and beer prices they really don't need one. Extremely friendly management and atmosphere. The owner, Francisco works the floor both as server , front of the house and makes you feel like you're in his home. He was only too happy to explain any dish and couldn't have done a better job. When he finished I could already taste it just from the explanations. This was our first time and our test of a good Italian restaurant is its mussels and calamari. Both were nice portions for four people and were cooked to perfection. Asked for more of the great sauce for the mussels and it came out promptly and piping hot. The four entrees we tried were: clams in white sauce, black linguine with seafood, chicken Parmesan and eggplant Parmesan . Seafood dishes we're cooked tender (not rubbery like others do) eggplant was without breading so you tasted eggplant and the chicken pram was a nice piece of chicken. The sides of pasta were a nice portion and when asked to prepare them a la olio with toasty garlic the chef sent out a delightful version. The only complaint was that the clams didn't have enough sauce. So next time we will be sure to request it upfront. As we lingered after such a good meal Francisco, owner, came over and asked how we enjoyed the evening . We chatted for a while and learned of their other location in Ft Lauderdale. Then he left and returned with his homemade Tiramisu. It was airy and full of flavor and a pleasant surprise to end the evening. This was our first experience but we are sure to return soon.

Walked in thinking it was going to be a basic pizzeria but turned out to be a nice lil Italian restaurant with white table cloths! The service was excellent and the food was good for the price. Will be back to try a few more dishes. So far thumbs up!

We ate last night at Isabella's and it was just amazing. We had four different meals and each one was very good. The staff was very friendly and knew the menu inside out. Would definitely go back and recommend .

Sooo, 3 days later I decided to take family back to Isabella's to see if their food was still as good. I had the veal chop which was perfectly prepared. The truffle sauce was dead on and the veal chop was one pound, yes 1lb. No joke. Huge! Served over rossitto which was perfect. My wife had the chilian sea bass grilled to perfection and the portion perfect. We had a couple bottles of vino which were good and after dinner, they brought out flaming sambuca shots. Coffee beans and all. These guys are the real deal. Thank you all for your gracious hospitality. Overall..... The food/experience was 2 x 5. You guys rock!!!!

My son requested that his graduation dinner take place at Isabella's. I had never been there, but I made a reservation for 14 people through YELP. The day before, I went to check on it. The restaurant is located in a small, nondescript strip mall which made me a bit nervous until I entered the restaurant. It is cozy and CLEAN. I arrived before the dinner rush to find a few early diners, but mostly empty tables (with beautifully crisp looking tablecloths) so the staff was able to talk. It was then that I began to understand the find that my son had made. Omar answered all my menu questions and helped me decide on appetizers for the table. He said that the most important thing is not to feel too full so you can enjoy the company as well as the meal. Hmmm. I am getting a good feeling here ... I ordered a take out meal - Chicken Marsala. While I waited, the restaurant became busy. Omar (was he a supervisor? a waiter? the owner?) greeted everyone enthusiastically. It looked like some customers were regulars because he seemed to be catching up with them. This is a good sign ... I got my meal and took it home to share with my other son. We both agreed that it was very good. Another good sign ... The night of the dinner, I arrived a few minutes early to find that everything was ready. I had a last minute addition to my guest list. No problem. A friend purchased a bottle of wine while we waited for the guests. I asked if we could keep it separate from the others at the table. Again, no problem. Jokingly we made a code with the gentleman who served us - we would scratch our heads if we wanted wine from the bottle. So, a few times during the meal, he asked if we had scratched our heads yet. No one at the table knew that we had a separate bottle. I ordered the appetizers (fried calamari) as we sat down and we were able to talk before ordering. The calamari was excellent ... and gone in a few short minutes. Then came the entrées. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and attractively presented. I enjoyed the rare treat of Eggplant rollatini (many restaurants serve eggplant parmesan, but very few make rollatini). Also receiving "5 fork" ratings were the whole wheat primavera (with sauteed broccoli, diced tomatoes and spinach), the penne with sausage (and broccoli rabe), the spaghetti with sausage and peppers (wth pepperoncinis and onions), and the tilapia livornese. "Fresh and hot" were words I heard again and again. The friendly staff attended to our large party quickly despite the fact that, by this time, the restaurant was completely full ... and people were waiting. Yet no one rushed us. Needless to say ...WOW. I look forward to returning to try other things on the menu. For those days that I would like take out, they have online ordering to make it easy. I can order before I leave work and pick it up on the way home. With all the things I do in life for which I receive no credit, I was credited with a great dinner for close family and friends. Obviously it was not me, but the staff at Isabella's who made my son's graduation dinner a great success and a memorable occasion.

Bland food accompanied by horrible service makes this quaint little spot best left of your "to do list". Water served with protein (bug) and told manager who did nothing. Served by three different people and you would think that many people serving your party would actually care and not forget about you. Our drinks? Never asked if they could be refilled. Our food was horrible but they would never have known because no one checked on us. I left a dollar tip and that was a gift. Go somewhere else

The location threw me but this place was pretty good! Prices aren't bad at all, and the quality was very good. We got a Yelp voucher for this place and really liked it :) it was kinda busy for a Tuesday night but hey, that means the business is doing good!

my friend David has been raving about the clams which I have avoided thus far for no particular reason...I started out deliriously happy over this new find right in my backyard. It was great food...Well, I'll tell ya , the gild is off the lily. 4 or 5 meals later and the lack of civilized experience coupled with the use of English as a second language and we have a conspiracy to prevent me from returning to Isabella's Italian Restaurant. The boss/server/bartender I don't really know his position but he has served me on all my visits, he actually followed me out into the parking lot to inform me that if I never returned it would be OK with him. I once told him i didn't like clams to expedite my ordering of mussels marinara. I actually love clams but was in the mood for mussels. I had to convey this to him rapidly to prevent an endless dialogue about clams. So last night he got it in his brain I shouldn't order clams. I asked if they were of good size and quality which was confirmed...so I placed the order. Sadly what arrived were emaciated rejects from a toxic spill superfund site. My dining companion and myself remarked as to how a purveyor of food from a more civilized norther city would never have served a dish with such a paucity of protein. Needless to say I asked if they could replace the clam apetizer with something else....the did after repeating over and over how I didn't like the clams last time I had them. Well i said that I never had actually ordered them just discussed them. It was insisted that I had ordered them only to reject them previously as well...never happened but I let it drop just to expedite dinner. We spent alot of coin what with wine and aLL......My companion's Lasagna was about 1/2 what $12.95 should have delivered...he did not like it anyway. Small things like the simple letuce and tomato salad was shredded so finely as to make a great bed for a seafood cocktail or filler on a sandwich but not as a salad because you couldn't pick it up with your fork. So the gild is off the lily and I can't go back...

Exceptional Italian... All the dishes were really good and priced appropriate! For what the price is, this is 5 stars! They deliver and I appreciate the Yelp deals as it was why we came here and try! The table had penne ala Vodka and he's picky! He loved it! I had the clams in white sauce and was it really good! Just nice taste which this dish sometimes comes out soupy and bland. This was not! We will definitely be back!

Ordered delivery: spaghetti with meatballs and cheese ravioli. My husband got exactly 2 meatballs with his spaghetti....2. After spending $30 for the meal/delivery tip, I would have expected more than such a small portion. The food itself was good (not excellent) but given the reviews, I thought we were in for some great Italian food and we were both disappointed.

Isabella's is a total hidden gem! I have lived in the neighborhood for over 8 years and this place is by far and away the best place to go. I can't say enough good things about this place as the food is always fresh, their prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is light and fun. The quality of food here is much better than would you expect for this area. Isabella's is really the only place in the immediate vicinity of Palm Aire that I enjoy frequenting to have a meal and glass of wine. Service and food quality has been consistently good and I like to recommend this place to people in the area as this part of town is really hit or miss. They have good apps, great entree's and and awesome deserts. They typically serve two or three rotating daily special's which I have found to be very good. Veal Isabella and the home made black linguine seafood pasta are two of my favorites. I feel bad eating at Isabella's for lunch as the prices are just too cheap. For lunches they have their full menu and delicious subs. I like the chicken parm sub or the caprese prosciutto sub.

If you haven't been here get here! This place has great food at reasonable prices. The shrimp scampi was excellent as was the Penne ala vodka with grilled chicken. Top it off with tiramisu...yum!

The food was at best fair. Service was good. Dinner rolls at an Italian restaurant - really!!! Not authentic, no flavor, one of the worst Italian restaurants I ever went to.

Isabella's is a nice place for great food and a romantic evening. The owners opened the door for me, the calamari was fantastic, they refilled my wine glass, and were very attentive throughout the meal. The crab ravioli was superb and veal Isabella was excellent as well!

Stopped at Isabella's for lunch today after reading reviews here and on another site and was completely disappointed. There were only two other tables with guests when we went in, but we had to stand in the middle of the restaurant for five minutes before we could flag someone down from the kitchen to seat us. The bread and the pasta fagioli were just ok, but the entrees were not very good at all. The chicken had a rubbery feel as if it had been microwaved and the tilapia was overdone. Cute place, but we won't be back any time soon.

I love when the phone is answered by someone with an authentic Italian accent! Got food delivered to hotel. Spaghetti and meatballs in marinera very good. Eggplant Parmesan also. A lot of food. Wish they had garlic knots!

It's a new restaurant in a shopping plaza and frankly when it opened I didn't think it would last. Then I started hearing good things about it from my neighbors. Finally I went to try it out.. it was wonderful. The food is superb the service even better. I am taking off a star because they don't serve pizza but don't let that stop you this place is a hidden gem.

Great local family owned Italian restaurant. Nice atmosphere, great service and incredible food! The calamari was lightly breaded, crispy and fresh served with a side of delicious marinara. I also enjoyed the shrimp francese pasta dish. Lastly, was the most amazing homemade deserts that I luckily had room for. I would suggest sharing a few, especially the tiramisu and chocolate cake. Absolutely great dining experience and highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

This place is FANTASTIC! You would never imagine that top notch Italian food would come out of this charming storefront in a strip mall. The service was friendly and attentive and the food is worth driving from Boca for!

I ate there for my birthday. Both myself and my girlfriend can vouch for the service and fantastic quality offered by the staff. From the second we entered to when we left the staff gave VIP service: asking how our meals were to giving suggestions respectfully and never rushing our choices.

Great place. Small and charming inside. Great service and a sincerely appreciative staff. I eat lunch from there almost daily. Everything I've had so far has been excellent. Their prices are unbelievably good. I typically spend more at McDonald's. Everyone at my job is now hooked. Check them out. They wont disappoint and they deliver!

Great food, perfect ambiance and the most pleasant staff. Family run business. I loved it. I highly recommend it. I had a seafood soup to start and then a shrimp scampi with homemade linguini. .... of course... Wine made it even better.

Isabella's is a newer restaurant which opened almost 2 years ago, it is located in a strip mall just west of Powerline (where the Drivers License office is located), I wasn't expecting much for the decor and ambiance being somewhat familiar with the area and strip mall, this isn't exactly the nicest neighborhood, I was expecting cheesy red and green decor and cheesy Italian tunes to be playing, so I was pleasantly surprised by the more modern and sophisticated decor and laid back electronic music playing in the background. We went for a late lunch which I was happy to find is served until 4pm and consists of several lunch specials which are served with your option of salad or soup. The regular menu is also offered if you rather order from the regular menu. I checked in to use the 50% off Wine Yelp Coupon, and many times in the past at other restaurants whenever I try to use a Yelp Check-in Coupon either the server is not familiar with it or the promotion is questioned, but as soon as I showed it to our server at Isabella's, he exclaimed Yelp! Yes, and said thank you for our support, which made me feel like a welcomed and happy Yelper. We started off with wine, a bottle of Pellegrino and the Beef Carpaccio appetizer. The wine was great, but the Carpaccio was simply outstanding, it was a descent size portion, topped with fresh arugula, capers, chopped red onion and tomatoes in a delicate and light olive oil and lemon dressing, the meat was perfectly thin and everything just came together, fresh and light, we were impressed. Our server brought us warm bread rolls, I found them disappointing because they were bland and didn't taste freshly baked plus they were served with those individual little plastic butter packets, they are much better off serving fresh bread with their own side of butter or olive oil. For lunch we ordered: - Meat Lasagna prepared with Housemade pasta with the Pasta Fagioli Soup - Black Linguini Seafood: Housemade pasta. Squid ink linguini with shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams with fra diavolo sauce and a House Salad. The Pasta Fagioli Soup was very bland, it lacked seasoning, however the Meat Lasagna made up for the bland soup, the Meat Lasagna was fresh, delicate, with a wonderful flavor, I couldn't get enough of it, it was delicious and the perfect lunch portion. My husband's House Salad was a lot bigger than we expected, all the veggies were fresh and the loved the balsamic dressing, his salad was followed by the Black Linguini Seafood and he said it's one of the best seafood pasta dishes he's ever had, the seafood was fresh and he said the Squid ink linguini tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Overall, we were both extremely satisfied with our meals. We found the price to be extremely reasonable for the freshness and quality, we were very happy with the attentive and friendly service, we will definitely be returning and recommending Isabella's to others.

This was our second visit to Isabella's. Our first experience was in 2014. We were surprised by the quality of the food, the friendly service and the reasonable pricing. We returned with our family since we were in the neighborhood, looking for a place to eat. We were not disappointed. The food was great. The glass of wine I ordered came with a full pour and not the small pour you receive in a high price fancy restaurant. We have added Isabella's to our must visit list each time we are in Pompano.

I first bookmarked Isabella's when I was in this plaza grabbing Dunkin Donuts. The plaza is off Atlantic on the south side just west of Powerline and is easy to miss. Isabella's has some cute lighting outside which is what first made me notice it. Looking it up on Yelp I found it to have pretty good reviews so I made a note to come in. Our first time here was a Saturday evening. Though the outside and the strip mall location may give a pizza place kind of vibe, the inside is definitely more upscale than that. There is a bar, a few booths, and a number of tables all adorned with fresh white table clothes and cloth napkins. We were seated and I checked in on Yelp to discover a half price house wine offer. I figured it would only apply to a glass, but we were able to get a bottle of house pinot grigio for $10 with the check in! Definitely a steal. The staff is very friendly and we were informed of the specials. This visit I stayed with a menu item and ordered the squid ink pasta in a lobster cream sauce. This was served with a house salad that was fresh and the warm bread at the table, though I don't think it was house made, was still pretty good. As for the pasta I found it to be quite delicious. It was obviously fresh and all the shrimp, scallops, and mussels included were cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had opted for a veal special which he loved. We finished off our meal with a tiramisu, and although it's never my first choice for dessert this was was done well. It was light and not too sweet, definitely more authentic as tiramisu isn't really supposed to be very sweet and certainly shouldn't have sprinkles on it (that's an issue for another review). After my first dining experience here went so well, when I saw Isabella's offered a Groupon I purchased it. This time I decided on a homemade linguine special that had seafood and asparagus in a white wine sauce and found it to be just as good as my first pasta here. I would like to note too that the specials on my second visit were different than those on my first, so they are definitely cooking daily and based on fresh ingredients. My boyfriend did the veal piccata with a side of pasta with red sauce. I had to steal a bite of the pasta as I thought it would be silly of me to come to an Italian place twice and still not know what their red sauce was like. I was impressed with it. It was rich without being too heavy, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Now knowing that I enjoy their red sauce I will have to try the eggplant parm next time. The service here is quite good and you're encouraged to take your time...they definitely don't rush you through the meal. On both occasions I've visited there have been larger parties of 8-12 also dining and despite the intimate setting they handle these large parties very well from what I can tell. It also seems that they have their regulars, and given the food, the service, the reasonable prices, and Isabella's proximity to my home I can see myself being a regular as well.

On our first visit here we decided to try a lot of different dishes - and we enjoyed every one! Be sure to order the very unique Black Truffle Burrata appetizer and if you are a fan of Osso Bucco you will be very pleased! We will be returning for more...

I've been here a couple of times and really liked it. First off, it's Yelp friendly so be sure to used your Yelp Check-in for a fat 50% off on House Wine. Second, for Italian, it's the real thing. During my most recent trip here I had their appetizer of beef carpaccio which came in beautiful presentation, had perfectly cut extremely thin slices of top notch filet mignon meat with a superbly balanced coating of olive oil and lemon surrounding crisp greens coated with top quality cut shreds of pamigiano. Without any equivocation I can say one of the very best, if not the best, carpaccio ever. Unfortunately that was followed by a salad said to have been a Caesar, but if it was, and I don't think that it was, unlike any I've ever had. I had asked for anchovy, but as with the time I dined here before, was told that they were out of them, so I think they somehow substituted around with the salad as the greens, cut not torn, didn't hit me as true romaine and the dressing was served on the side in a pitcher, a sort of pet peeve of mine since I for one have never been able to adequately coat the entire leaves of my greens with dressing when served on a plate, unless maybe if I'd make a heck of a mess of everything attempting to mix it without it being in a bowl. For my main, and as a departure from having their very good Veal Francese which I had on a previous occasion, I went for their special being a linguini with clam, scallop, shrimp, mushroom, tomato and garlic with a smooth creamy, but not too creamy like sauce. With it, I was totally delighted as this proved to be true Italian, the real thing, absolutely delicious in every respect and at a price that was surprisingly easy on the wallet bang for the buck. So, having had two truly delightful dining experiences here, both having proved to be real Italian dining experiences, and enjoy their most gracious, polite, friendly and helpful wait staff, can say I'm definitely a fan of Isabella's Italian Restaurant.

A newer family favorite for Italian food with great personable service, Isabella's was a Yelp! Find and it's one that sticks. Some people posted trashing reviews of this place, but after experiencing a meal here, I have to disagree. Isabella's food is good. Not the top-notch Italian food a few foodies might want, but Isabella's is geared towards the local crowd and casual dining experience. With a party of 8, we certainly were the busiest table in the place. But the two managing partners, having recognized my parents, were more than accommodating. Together, they served, catered to, prepared, and pampered us with the friendliest of service, all the while running and managing the rest of the joint. My food praises go to the Squid ink Linguine and Seafood (Fra diavolo or creamy lobster sauce options available) with the lobster sauce and to the antipasto. Chicken parm was decent, but nothing to brag about. On the upsetting side, the calamari has much room for improvement. Overcooked and bland, this is one dish that needs the sauce. And to improve on that, the you should request the mussels marinara sauce instead of the regular marinara. The added basil flavor enhances the calamari and the basil sauce if much much better. All of the featured desserts were great (tiramasu, cheesecake, and chocolate mousse cake). Casual, comfy, and an ambiance to match. Isabella's is staffed with hardworking people and two energetic managing partners. This place gets my recommendation but only because I have faith that improvements will be done to put out a better product to match the outstanding service level.

I love this place first off the food was excellent, for appetizers we had the fried calamari it was deliciously fresh. The complimentary bread buns had the fresh out of the oven taste. For dinner we had the Black Linguini Seafood with the house made pasta with shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams. I had the fra diavolo sauce and my husband had the cream lobster sauce both were excellent. We had wine along with our meal Pinot Grigio and I was very happy with the generous serving. For dessert we had the best tiramisu I've had hand down it melts in your mouth.

The dining room looks clean, the bathrooms I don't know. We had carpaccio that had an unusual pink color but it was fresh and tasty. The other appetizer, mussels marinara, sauce it was good but the mussels were a very low grade. The penne pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe it had flavor but the pasta was overcooked and there were barely any pieces of broccoli rabe. Tilapia it was fresh but the side of pasta again it was overcooked. One of the waiters, the shorter one, was very helpful. For the money, it was not bad.

This restaurant is so easy to pass by, but after I came here with a business connection I became hooked. The food here is the same you would get at a high priced Italian restaurant, but the are a fraction of the price . And a lunch menu under $10 for lunch includes salad or soup, and the soups are all delicious! I love the seafood here, true Italian style! Livornese, Francese , oreganato .. The desserts are unbelievably great ! There's a lot here, I'm not even getting paid for this ad, I'm just a customer.

While heading to check-in at the Wyndham, Isabella's caught my eye and I thought let's check it out. The food was delicious (chicken franchese and chicken parm), Caesar and house salad. Rolls served were warm, soft and fresh. Portions were just right, and the homemade Tiramisu was also delicious with a fine cappuccino. Waiter was friendly and attentive. A purely relaxing and enjoyable dinner. You won't be disappointed with the quality of food and service.

I am on spring break with my friends and we stumbled upon this place. It was amazing! The atmosphere was classy but still fun and the serving staff was great! We all loved our food and for the price we were really happy with how much we got. I would definitely recommend it to spring breakers in the area!

Food and service were outstanding. We got crab ravioli, veal parmigiana and eggplant rollitini (came with 2). Bread was also fresh and very hot. The only reason it gets 4 because it took 20 minutes to get our check

After many satisfactory visits to Isabella's we went again, knowing that before 6:00 the appetizers were half price and there was an early bird special. I ordered an appetizer and my husband ordered pasta which came with a small salad. When the bill came, we were charged full price for the appetizer and when we brought it to the waiters attention, he changed the price back to half. I then noted that the dinner was supposed to come with coffee and dessert as part of the early bird. The waiter said that we ordered from the regular menu, but we were never offered the early bird menu. Had he offered coffee and dessert, it would have been good customer service, but he did not. Although the food and atmosphere are good, we will not go back. We had been regular customers since the opening.

What were these other reviewer's smoking??? Lets have a start to finish... After seeing all the great reviews, my mother and I decided to try. We walk in and got hit with a strong scent of mold. As we sat down, looking at the place, it was VERY dusty, paint was chipping everywhere.. a lot of fix ups that could make it feel like they care about the place... Lets get to the food.. wine- No wine list, instead every type of wine was house. We ordered calamari, comes out with no flavor and very rubbery. Next was salad, which was decent. I ordered crab ravioli (homemade pasta) with lobster sauce... yeah okay. Ravioli was black and under cooked the sides were still hard. The inside was like a crab dip you buy at the supermarket then heated. Absolutely disgusting, still burping this crab concoction. My mother ordered some kind of squid ink pasta with seafood, she said it wasn't at all squid ink and didn't have very much flavor. Our service was good, probably the best thing they have going for this place. I WILL NOT return and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved to the area and was craving Italian food so we tried this place. Everything's was delicious! We started with the fried calamari and bruschetta. Both were wonderful. The marinara dipping sauce tasted incredibly fresh. Maybe the best I've had ever with calamari. For my entree, I had the baked ziti. Also, VERY fresh and super cheesy. My bf had the black linguine seafood. I'm not a big fan of seafood so I didn't try it, but he raved about it! We were too full for desert but we'll definitely be back. Also, the service was stellar. Our waiter was attentive and answered the few questions we had about the menu. He also thanked us for coming in, asked if we were new to the area and gave us to-go menus. Nothing but positive things to say about this place!

Exceptional Italian food at reasonable prices makes this my new favorite place! Fresh homemade pasta, a meat lasagna from Nona's recipe that made this Nona admit it was as good as mine! Sausage and peppers done to perfection. Soups and salads that will knock your socks off. Seriously. This is the best Italian food I've found south of Little Italy in NY. Save room for desert. The NY cheesecake is to die for! Service is friendly and professional. Don't miss this place! Mangia!

Friendly place..greeted warmly by owner and service was good. Now the food:salads were average , salmon good, eggplant parm was below average with a watery sauce and very little cheese. It was not baked in as parmigiana should be.Good pours on wine, prices were fair.A little more effort from the kitchen would merit another star.

Was in pompano for a weekend of golf and did not feel like making the run to the beach. Found this place through Yelp but only because another reviewer mentioned it in a less than favorable review of another nearby place. Glad I payed attention because food came fast (ordered using online system by credit card) and was quite good. Prices very reasonable. Would recommend for sure.

Had a very good dinner at Isabella's, warm friendly service, well prepared Italian cuisine, fair price, clean restaurant. Only negative was dinner rolls weren't very consistent with italian fare . Portion was just right and complimentary sambuca was a great finish. Overall I was very happy with our meals and will happily return when in the area

Boyfriend and I had a taste for Italian so we ordered pick up from here. He can be a bit picky but the food was excellent! Ordered Calamari ( he said it was one of the best he has had) Veal Parm ( said it was awesome and the pasta tasted home made) and I had salmon and asparagus raviolis- delicious! The rolls taste homemade. Food was plentiful, price point was fair (roughly $40 for 2 dinners and app). Also, when I went to pick it up, they offered me a glass of wine on the house while I waited for it to be ready. Friendly, nice atmosphere!

Food was good but took forever to get it. The staff was very friendly but neglected asking diners if they needed anything. Food arrived no hot enough.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
